Thermoelectric Measurement System for Variant Temperatures( II )

Project Details

Description

The goal of this research plan is to achieve a thermoelectric measurement equipment for varianttemperature with compatible price. So far, there is only one commercial product made by a Japanesecompany, which is only suitable for bulk materials and pricy. So this project focuses on the research anddevelopment of the low-cost apparatus by combination of our experience on the thermoelectric measurementand the ability of Ascend Shine Accuracy Technology Co., LTD. If the materials, fabrication process, hardware and software can be integrated, we can provide the first system for high temperature measurementdomestically.Based on the scope of this project, we has proposed the assembly and integration process to achieve thesystem, including (1) local temperature control and ramping module; (2) chip carrier and leadframe assembly;(3) electrical pattern design and fabrication, calculation method and verification; (4) software coding andhardware integration; and (5) vacuum chamber and cooling circulation. Our research project willdemonstrate the first product for industrial and academic researchers. The equipment will also provide abasic datasheet to compare with contemporary product for future promotion. This plan will help Ascend Shine Accuracy Technology Co., LTD. to improve its technical level andobtain potential cooperation opportunity with other domestic unit in the future, but also train thermoelectricandelectrical engineering-related researchers and engineers.
