Description
This research intends to study how the interrelationships among self-regulated learning strategies, academic achievement, and career adapt ability, exert on undergraduates in a public university. The roles of personality traits and motivation on the aforementioned interrelationships structure will also be elaborated. Stratified random sampling on undergraduate students at different department/college will be adopted to collect relevant data. If necessary, observation/interview will be used to gather qualitative data.The objectives of this research can be summarized as follows:(1).Explore how interrelationships among self-regulated learning strategies, academic achievement, and career adapt ability, exert on undergraduates in a public university. The roles of personality traits and motivation on the aforementioned interrelationships structure will also be elaborated.(2).Explore the significance of background factors such as grade, college, and department on the aforementioned interrelationships structure.(3).Explore how undergraduate multitasking behaviors, in class and/or after class, differ under various situations and backgrounds.The research results will be of great help to university instructors to understand the learning ecosystem in Taiwan and, in addition, can be a good reference for course offering, text material preparation, and learning activity design.
