Description
Local electrochemical deposition (LECD) has been proved as a cheap and effective way to manufacture micro scale devices such as sensors and actuators. In this project, we wish to develop a way to manufacture a double spiral column. To achieve this goal, we need to develop better control systems for translation and rotation. Also, we need to analyze the relationship between the physical properties and the pitches of the column.
