Description
This master plan will systematically explore the memories and techniques of Hakka food culture in Taoyuan and Hsinchu, and examine the key aspects and trends of Hakka restaurants in each region, including the business characteristics of Hakka restaurants and the analysis of Hakka restaurants' cuisines. After integrating the above results, we will gather and explore Hakka rice, sauces, restaurants and cuisines in Taoyuan and Hsinchu through big data technology to gain insight into the word-of-mouth of the Hakka food community, and then grasp the factors of the word-of-mouth of the Hakka food community to create a Hakka food smart map platform with cultural narrative and digital marketing functions. The platform will be presented in the form of a food map, with an easy-to-understand narrative presentation of the food map for the general public to browse with smart mobile tools, allowing consumers to choose the corresponding Hakka cuisine according to their preferences and geographic location.
