Epoxy resin printed wiring board (PCB) manufacturing industries are relatively more consumption of water and energy, and more polluting emissions and waste industry. Now PCB industry is not included in heavy polluting industries, but it is gradually increasing standards for the effects of "green energy", "green manufacturing" and "green production" issues. It is the inevitable trend of development to be gradually improvement for PCB manufacturing equipment industry. To meet the trend of development, we will design and injection molding manufacturing of liquid silicone the total-internal-reflection (TIR)lens applied for the UV-LED PCB collimated exposure machine and design and experimentally verify the optical module of the UV-LED PCB collimated exposure machine.This project mainly focuses on the technology development on an optical module technology of a UV-LED PCB collimated exposure machine. There are two major projects in this proposal including 1. the design technology of the UV-LED TIR lens;2. the technology of mold flow analysis for LSR TIR lens;3. the injection molding manufacturing technology of liquid silicone for the UV-LED TIR lens;4. the design and experimental verification for the optical module of the UV-LED PCB collimated exposure machine;5. the patent layout is implemented.In the future, the patent and the experience and talented person of design and development of the green manufacturing equipments are provided for the related vendors.
