Description
This project is based on the previous development of the technology anddetection device for the assessment of dental implant osseointegration. With thesupport of partner enterprise, to develop the stability evaluation system foramputation implants, this project work is to optimize the assessment probe and toconduct studies on the characteristics of the whole system to improve theperformance. Orientation has commercial value. For cooperative enterprises, thisindustry-university plan will serve as the basis for their transformation and layout,focusing on advanced patents and intellectual property jointly proposed, inaddition to osseointegration testing and evaluation, the evaluation instrument alsohas other testing applications.In the plan, systematic development and research will be carried out on thiselectromagnetic structural stability evaluation instrument; the probe componentsand data acquisition operation modules that constitute this evaluation instrumentwill also be miniaturized and handheld; follow-up experimental verification will becarried out. The research topics in the project include:(1) Osseointegration miniaturization system design and probe optimization- (i)Evaluation of probe optimization, including probe detector position andorientation, and GMR/TMR detector design and production; (ii) Handheldminiaturization system, etc.(2) Evaluator system frequency response function- (i) Double cylindrical magnetapproach interaction; (ii) Magnetic test structure frequency response function; (iii)System frequency response function - equivalent circuit and electromechanicalintegration.(3) Artificial bone block and sheep bone experiment- (i) Optimization probeverification; (ii) System frequency response function verification.
