Promoting International Cooperation for Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technologies(II)

Project Details

Description

This proposal is the second phase of project entitled “Promoting International Cooperation for Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technologies.” The aim of this proposal is to strengthen the international cooperation on the basis of the relationship established in the first year. In addition, the project team will also try to build international cooperation with other countries, such as Germany, Japan and the U.S. We will focus on three important areas of hydrogen energy technology, namely, hydrogen energy infrastructure, proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology, and solid oxide fuel cell technology. The academic team will form an alliance with research institute and industry to carry out project tasks. The fourth area of developing industrialization model and strategy in hydrogen energy this year would be included in the second phase. The primary tasks are:1.To promote international cooperation. We will assist domestic companies or institute to establish and strengthen cooperation on cutting-edge energy technology with leading international companies such as Sunfire, Von Ardenne, Elcore, and the Linde Group.2.To assist domestic companies to participate on HyLift-EUROPE project. This can be used as a leverage for domestic players to form strategic partnership with important EU players.3.To expand international cooperation to other countries such as Germany, Japan and the U.S. We will organize international workshops/meetings to promote interaction with these countries. In addition, we will build exchange channels for personnel and technology with Japan and Sweden.4.To establish the hydrogen energy technology industrialization model and strategy.
