Description
This project studies the linkage between patent network and firm formation by applying the dataset consistsof 4288 patents of photovoltaic technology from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO)over the 1976-2016 periods. We also consider the dynamics of post entry technology competition betweenthe new firms and incumbent firms with the unique dataset compiled from different sources.
