The Al-Ag2O battery is the application of an aluminum alloy as a battery anode material,with a small, large theoretical specific energy and high-power, etc., it has become a potentialpower supply military equipment on the timber. But Al-Ag2O battery research anddevelopment process, we found aluminum electrodes on the electrochemical performance ofthe broad range of issues to be overcome, so that aluminum (alloy) anode performance as aconstraint to the development of silver, aluminum key factor.Research gathered information on the display, aluminum alloy anode material faces twochallenges to be overcome, that is prone to passive neutral electrolytic solution, hydrogenevolution and corrosion phenomena and prone in an alkaline solution, seriously affecting itsworthy of use , and therefore in order to overcome the above difficulties, this project intendsto use the following method:1. good electrochemical activity: Due to the aluminum surface passivation leads toreduced activity,(1) First year: In a low-melting aluminum element modified to improve theelectrochemical activity.(2) Second and Third years: Select the appropriate electrolyte concentration,temperature and corrosion inhibitors to improve the electrochemical activity.2. The alkaline solution of hydrogen evolution and self-corrosion rate decreases:(1) First year: by lifting purity aluminum, or an impurity element is neutralized (egwith Mn and Fe), aluminum alloy to reduce the "corrosion effect", reducing the rate ofhydrogen evolution and self-rot .(2) Second and Third years: Select the appropriate electrolyte concentration,temperature and corrosion inhibitors to enhance the uniform corrosion of aluminum,aluminum alloy to reduce the "Ka Tiffany corrosive effect" and reduce the hydrogen evolutionand self-rot rate.It collected the literature, although the introduction of electrode material of aluminum,but reported no preparation method, the study of dissolution with the applicant and thecharacteristics of the aluminum alloy for more than 30 years, all kinds of aluminum alloyfeature a considerable feeling and experience, based on this, the requester of energy in thecurrent year by alloy design principles, prepared by combining high activity, low corrosionrate and hydrogen evolution corrosion of aluminum anode uniform morphology (anode)material, and by corrosion and electrochemical properties test feature, the completedevelopment of the aluminum negative electrode (anode) to assess the characteristics of thealloy. So the content of this program is limited to the first year of implementation of the plan.
