Description
Cooperate with Yoshida Fuxing Biomedical Co., Ltd. to study the monitoring method of soil liquefaction based on the evaluation of microbial characteristics by next-generation sequencing technology. The principal component analysis of the software can find out the specific bacterial composition of soil liquefaction, and provide different aspects of monitoring data for personnel in the field of civil engineering and construction to increase the integrity of the analysis. At present, soil liquefaction investigations are all examined in a physical way, including geological surveys, construction of drilling databases, as earthquake prediction and design of seismic forces to evaluate liquefaction conditions, but the above-mentioned behaviors and investigation processes are very time-consuming and require a lot of human resources. Therefore, the present invention uses a biological method to assist the original physical investigation, so as to evaluate the soil liquefaction status more efficiently. The main product competitiveness is the world's first liquefied soil material collected by earthquakes. At present, the standard process test of bacterial phase detection has been completed, and the contract has also been signed with cooperative manufacturers. After obtaining a patent for this invention, it can be used to assess the degree of soil liquefaction of traffic structures, such as high-speed rail, national highways, bridges and other regional monitoring, and can also be applied to the detection of soil liquefaction in buildings to assess whether further underground exploration is needed, except for the Taiwan market In addition, the market size can be used in earthquake-prone countries located in the Pacific volcanic belt, such as Japan and the Philippines, which have great market potential and business opportunities.
