Interpretive Metagenomic Analysis and Anaerobic Bacteria Isolation

Project Details

Description

This project aims to train students with big data analysis and experimental verification technology and add three credits to the course content of "Interpretive Metagenomic Analysis and Anaerobic Bacteria Isolation." The implementation of this course requires a lot of human guidance on data interpretation and environmental microbial isolation. This project combines with the laboratory's related research projects (Environmental Protection Agency and Ministry of Science and Technology). The plan's content will be incorporated into this plan for implementation, using the laboratory's environmental remediation research case as the theme, flipping traditional data analysis. The courses are taught to develop and cultivate students' ability to solve problems and introduce big data theory into field practice. Students can apply what they have learned in microbiology technology in the industry to have cross-field competitiveness.
