High Performance Vacuum Polymer Spray and Uv Curing Technology(Phase 2)

Project Details

Description

The phenomenon of global warming can’t be ignored, how to reduce air pollution has become the number one goal in the world. The most of anthropogenic air pollution caused by volatile organic compounds (VOCs), because the industrial use of a lot of organic solvents. So how to reduce the use of solvents, it will reduce the VOCs. One of the most widely used solvent is the surface coating industry, the surface coating is the use of paint on the surface to be coated coating layers. It is a surface treatment and the most widely used, the simplest and most economical method. This project proposes the high performance vacuum polymer spray and UV curing Technology, is using vacuum characteristics and solvent-free UV-curing coating (UV coating) to solve the atmospheric spray method caused long-term environmental pollution and surface defects. Vacuum polymer spray equipment can reduce VOCs, air pollution treatment costs and organic waste disposal costs, in addition to reducing the land required for plant construction. The project is expected to complete the vacuum polymer spray equipment, UV coating using in vacuum polymer spray, filter system, nozzle system, observation spray system by high-speed camera and spray flow control system technology. You can spray the UV coating (viscosity of 15 ~ 65cP) in the plastic PC substrate in the 10-1torr vacuum environment. The coating surface smooth, no bubbles and pores, hardness ≧ 5H, adhesion 0, spraying rate is greater than 2m / s, and no stripping and crack at room temperature soaking 5% H2SO4 and NaOH for 48 hours.
