Frontier Topics in Statistical Physics and Nonlinear Physics(3/3)

Project Details

Description

Frontier Topics in Statistical Physics and Nonlinear Physics In this three-year proposal, we shall investigate several frontier topics in nonlinear physics, equilibrium and nonequilibrium statistical physics that are related to complex interacting systems/networks. The topics are all intimately related, not only in concepts, but also in theoretical techniques, and are also closely related to experiments. These frontier topics are classified into three groups, containing a total of 10 projects, will be investigated:-(A)Reconstructing complex and biological networks and related problems(B)Feedback control of complex dynamics and chaos in physical and biological systems (C)Statistical mechanics and Phase transitions in Growing Networks and frustrated systems
