Until now, without system biology gene data analysis to evaluate the differences of different experimental models of liver fibrosis. This project uses bionic equipment to establish a rapid liver fibrosis cell model, which is compared with traditional animal liver fibrosis models with RNAseq data. We used AI techniques for evaluation of liver fibrosis in different liver fibrosis models. This project will provide manufacturers with more diversified data analysis, so that the results produced by the device can be compared with traditional animal experiments. We will demonstrate that whether stretch-induced liver fibrosis cell model can replace or reduce the use of animal experiments. If the research results can be systematically added to the products development in the future, the product identification will be improved, the market will be innovated, and the difference between bionic and animal experiments will be systematically evaluated.
