台灣地區因天然資源有限,新建、整修工程之執行應考量建立資源再利用之相關機制,有效減少 天然資源使用,降低營建廢棄物的產生,並積極推廣資源回收再利用,然而台灣地區刨除料(Reclaimed Asphalt Pavement, RAP)堆置問題日益嚴重,在行政院公共工程委員會所頒布的施工綱要規範規定中, 刨除料可添加至再生瀝青混凝土之上限為40%,透過使用再生劑,改變刨除料之老化性能,提升再生 瀝青混凝土耐久性,達到減少刨除料堆積的問題。本研究使用維力實業公司之再生劑(RA-1),以及不同比例之刨除料添加量(0%、20%、40%),分 析再生瀝青混凝土之物化性、流變行為及耐久性,並於實驗室模擬鋪面經長期老化後之各項性質。
