本研究目的是利用三種不同演算法建置互動平台,透過群啟發演算法(SIP)進行群聚分析,發展營建項目模組;透過關聯法則(association rules)找出不同資料項目間的相關性,合約各方關係人實現共同串連工作流程並自動歷程紀錄的功能;透過深度學習類神經網路(DNN),將建築物維護數據不斷計算分析並自動學習,且無形中也將建築物施工過程的履歷完整的保留。本研究預期在學術發展影響方面,三年期研究可產出六篇國際SCI 期刊及國際研討會論文,在國家社會經濟影響方面,本研究之成果,解決了過去營造廠商總是因資料不全在調解仲裁中無法有立場主張權益的窘境,減少工程爭議,亦降低仲裁訴訟成本。
