The technologies have changed and facilitated convenience for industrialactivities. There are numerous tools trying to provide better outcomes for the construction industry such as Building Information Model (BIM), Apps, etc.Nevertheless, the connection-ability among platforms and adoptability for construction projects or companies remain unfulfilled. The study objectives are to answer the demands so as to establish (Year 1) an interaction platform using Swan Inspired Projection (SIP), cloud computing, and Internet of Things (IoT) concepts to integrate necessary modules for construction projects; (Year 2) the second-phase interaction platform using big data and data mining techniques to connect all contract parties together for deep-insight management; (Year 3) the final phase interaction platform using Deep-learning Neural Networks (DNN),cloud computing, and IoT to incorporate with all entities in the construction value chain for ultimate chain management. The major methodologies lie in three different algorithms utilized to conduct clustering analysis by SIP in order to communicate all modules for a construction project; to build up the association rules that facilities management among all parties; and to connect related entities in the value chain by DNN in order to achieve the real interacting platform and chain management. The anticipated results will certainly fulfill the academic demands including at least six SCI journal papers and conference papers, and the practical needs including commercial software for construction-related parties/companies.
