Description

Cancer has always been a highly lethal disease worldwide, and cancermetastasis is the main cause of cancer death. Most cancer studies mainly used astatic culture method to measure cell invasion capacity. Although this culturemethod system is simple and easily accessible, it is difficult to mimic the realphysiological environment. Therefore, we will continue the study that drug treatmentcaused cancer cell invasion in the biomimetic dynamic environment established in the previous year. It will further combine the microfluidic chip into a dynamic biomimetic dynamic environment of gas flow force. In addition, clinical patient tumor cells will be cultured in the biomimetic device and compared with the clinical results of patients. The dynamic biomimetic chip can be used as a drug screening platform and identification of patients at risk of metastasis.
