Suspended solid particles not only one of the water quality index of environmental regulations, but more importantly is that has tremendous hazard impacts on the environment. The hazard impacts of the characteristics of suspended solid particles were present in shield light cause aquatic life lead to death. Natural water circulation is good assimilative capacity and self-purification ability, and the effluent of wastewater treatment system is work in environmental protection. Therefore, for wastewater treatment, how effective the processing unit for efficient monitoring and control is one of the important tasks.Spectrophotometry spectroscopy in recent years has developed quite mature, not only with the fast and economic advantages of a multi-component analysis of water samples. Suspended solidsremoval, and more rely on the precipitation processing unit gravity precipitation the way to remove,so the particle precipitation characteristics and the hydraulic retention time settings will precipitate the efficiency of processing units have a decisive impact.This study explore the water component first, and discussion on the characteristics of solid particles suspended in the water for further use filtration, sedimentation and dilution procedures. The study purpose was development of a method for measuring the characteristics of suspended solids with multi-position multi-scan absorption spectrum. In order to development the automatic monitoring and controlling wastewater treatment system.
