Project Details
Description
This project aims to design the healthcare wearable devices. Traditionally, thesize of equipment for measuring biosignals are quit large, which is inconvenient forintegrating other functions or embedding additional algorithm into the devices. Thus,it is also not suitable for personal used. Therefore, this project redesigns the commonelectrocardiogram machine, electroencephalogram(EEG) and reflection SpO2 deviceto make them smaller, lighter and also low cost for everyone and remove therestriction of measuring place in past . In addition, this project develops the ultrawideband(UWB) radar system. Through the target depth finding, the bio-signalsincluding heart rate and inspiratory rate can be obtained by analyzing the reflection ofthe radar wave. This kind of contactless measurement is able to reduce theuncomfortable feeling of patients and medical personnel resource. To collect and record the patients’ data, medical staff used to check everymachines one by one, which wastes man power and also might increase inaccuracy. Therefore, this project designs the internet structure, which can collect all thebio-signals measured by each equipment and upload those data to Cloud throughBluetooth or Wi-Fi, providing the medical staff to do the data analysis or decisionmaking. Furthermore, it can become a personal health consultancy. Finally, in order tomake the intelligent sickbed more user-friendly, the designed motor drive controlcircuits is used to control the permanent magnet motor for patients or medical staff tocoordinate the intelligent sickbed and caring system to adjust the posture of sickbed.Besides, to reduce the vibration of motor in low speed, the high frequency signalinjection method is applied. The main contribution of this project it to reduce the size of those largemeasurement equipment to the wearable devices, which is suitable for long-timewaring and become a personal consultancy. Combined with the intelligent nursing bedsystem, the adjustable bed position can avoid accident happened, when detectingobstructive sleep apnea.
