Project Details
Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has accelerated the adoption of digital healthcare, with large medical institutions combining pharmaceutical companies and digital solutions to manage chronic diseases. However, small and medium-sized organizations face challenges in developing innovative transformation strategies, leaving them at risk of being left behind. To address this, care organizations should focus on patient-centered and healthcare system management reform to explore the best ways to implement digital transformation strategies. Collaborative care organizations offer a more flexible and agile response to natural or man-made disasters, resulting in a more effective chronic disease management model and care strategy. This project aims to collect data on collaborative care organizations and their patients through interviews and questionnaires, using fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis to analyze the impact of transformation strategies. The resulting benefits evaluation will establish a universal medical collaborative care organization digital transformation strategic framework, reducing the risk of technology adoption and enhancing the operational performance and patient experience.
