Description
In the face of future industrial practice, students in the field of Human Resources and Social Security need to have: the habit of actively learning and analyzing issues, the ability to use creative thinking and teamwork with different professional backgrounds, and the ability to use technology and business models to solve complex problems. However, the training for students in the field of human resources and social sciences is relatively lack of cooperation with people from different professional backgrounds, and the training of scientific and technological capabilities is also lacking. Therefore, when entering the workplace, students in the field of human resources and social sciences may face industrial transformation and changes in social issues brought about by emerging technologies, resulting in a gap between learning and application. In view of this, the goal of this project is to cultivate students' core competencies in the workplace facing innovative industries, which are "problem discovery", "technology introduction", "data analysis", "solution proposal", and "communication marketing". Hua starts from solving the social problems of new immigrants' psychological adaptation, leads students to explore problems, learn the application of artificial intelligence technology, conduct data analysis, and propose creative solutions based on the results of data analysis, and then learn to use technology to digitally communicate and market technology digital teaching materials and problem solving. Through a series of practical operations, students will develop five core workplace competencies for facing innovative industries. At the same time, this project cooperates with "Bridgewell" (artificial intelligence technology company), "Association of Digital Culture Taiwan" and "Taiwan New Immigrants Sprout Association" to provide internship opportunities and practice fields to create humanistic society and industrial practice The ecosystem of innovative links hopes to create a platform for cross-domain cooperation and connection to the workplace for students in the field of humanities and social sciences.
