Geometric ability and spatial ability has been recognized as an important capability that needs to be mastered, but the current emphasis of geometric learning mostly are put on its concepts and calculations, ignoring the ability of how to train students for geometry applying and measuring. The tests or learning in terms of spatial ability is also based on geometry concept perceiving and accurate calculation of geometric problems; rarely investigate the application and measurement of length, width and distance of the real environments and their real applications.General limitations of traditional geometry teaching, learners rarely verify geometric concepts with actual objects ’measurement， which would decrease motivation, thereby interest and usefulness. Our actual living environment has a lot of geometric objects for study, particularly for space and geometry learning, so this study attempts to integrate geometry learning with learners’ daily life surroundings, and develop one Augmented Reality Ubiquitous Geometric(ARUG) learning system to facilitate Geometry learning, particularly geometry verifying, applying and measuring.Furthermore, multimedia annotation function was employed to promote learner motivation, and enhance the effectiveness of ideas sharing and discussion. This study is not only presented to help learners geometric learning through authentic surroundings, learners can also measure and calculate the distance, high, width and size of real objects through Tablet PC camera function.Augmented Reality Ubiquitous Geometry (ARUG) is really promising, in this way, learners can learn in real situations and conduct the calculation, validation and application of geometry, while multimedia annotation function allows learners in real situations make annotation and share with peers. In the activity design, peer assessment and peer competitive activities were employed to promote learning motivation, and thus hopefully achieve a good collaborative learning， and to enhance the effectiveness of learners’ geometry learning and measurement capabilities through investigating their behavior and Interaction.
