Application of Integrating Smart Sensing Tags and Smart Robots with Robotic Arm Functions in the Structural Inspection of Box Girder(2/3)

Project Details

Description

The main purpose of this program is to develop a smart box girder inspection robot to replace inspection personnel into small and inaccessible box girders for inspection, which can reduce the risks of engineering personnel during bridge inspection. Integrating smart sensing tags and robots to evaluate box girder inspection is the first attempt in China. Once the project is completed, it may lead to new technology and application directions in academia and industry.
