Description

The main part of the project is to extend a digital learning theater with the following elements. (1)a personal tablet system with RealSense mechanism to let all the students participate in the drama based learning, (2) artificial intelligence mechanism to make the learning system aware of the learner's learning status, (3) using virtual human actors to replace real actors so that a learner can learn by drama performance by themselves, (4) robot actor so that a learner can learn by training the robot to play an actor in a drama and to be assistants of students and teachers, (5) make the drama in our digital theater into a card base drama so that the learners can explore their ideas, establish and design their ideas into a drama, and refine them and publish, then they can remix the drama by incorporating others drama (card based) into their work, the drama can also be extended, rewrite, remix, and become multi-branch drama. Thus, learners can view the drama that has different ideas from different people then has a broad view of the knowledge.
