Project Details
Description
This multi-year project will establish a theoretical model of the kinematics and load analysis for the mechanism for the cycloidal pinwheel planetary reducer (Cyclo and RV) that have been developed or under development by TransCyko. The loaded condition of the transmission components is analyzed based on the model, in order to verify the load capacity and reliability. At the same time, the analysis results are used to assist in the load endurance verification test, vibration and noise measurement and related accuracy tests to ensure that the design requirements can be met under heavy load transmission. In addition, it will also cooperate with the progress of the development plan of TrasCyko, and provide the relevant analysis results of the design and development department, so as to make appropriate corrections to the development of the gear reducer.
