為鼓勵碩博士班研究生及教授，與企業進行具前瞻性之深入電路板與其上下游相關之實務研究，故執行《電路板產學聯合培育碩博士計畫》，加強企業與研究生研究之連結外，更藉由研究生研究解決企業實務上的難題。
