金屬有機骨架材料作為新興吸附劑的綠色製備與其在分析化學應用之研究

Project Details

Description

In this one-year proposal, we will focus on (i) application of green synthesis approaches to prepare metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) as novel adsorbents for microextraction; (ii) application of multivariate experimental design to optimize microextraction parameters; (iii) application of developed MOFs as novel adsorbents to extract various emerging contaminants (i.e., Benzophenones-type ultraviolet filters、Parabens preservatives、Benzotriazoles and Benzothiazoles) from aquatic samples. For green synthesis approaches, mechanochemicalsolid–solid reaction coupled with liquid-assisted grinding will be applied to prepare MOFs. We are going to focus on preparing various MOFs (i.e., ZIF-8、ZIF-67、MIL-101) with unique pore structure, low synthesis cost, excellent thermal/chemical/water stabilities and large specific surface area, as the highly selective adsorbents for the extraction of emerging contaminants from aquatic samples. To minimize the number of experiments, costs, and reagents required, optimization of the parameters affecting microextraction procedures will be evaluated via multivariate experimental designs. Finally, the state-of-the-art UHPLC-ESI-QTOF- MS will be developed and evaluated for the identification and quantitation of the target analytes at trace-level. This proposal will significantlycontribute to wide spectrum of MOF-based applications in sample pretreatment and microextraction techniques, and we hope these advantages will fulfill the “green analytical chemistry” guidelines, and will greatly aid future routine analysis and monitoring programs on the occurrence of the emerging contaminants in our aquatic environment.
