Project Details
Description
The purpose of the project aims to demonstrate the torus waveguide covering thehorn antenna to generate the diffractionless bessel beam. The application is toinstall the system on the satellite to build the space solar power system totransfer the solar energy generated on the solar cells on satellite to the ground. The diameter and the height of the structure proposed in the project are 88.8cmand 79.9cm which is significant smaller than that used in US with the diameter of36.6m. The size and the weight of the antenna would be significantly reduced.
