Project Details
Description
The purpose of this industry-university cooperation project is to develop a light wave measuring machine and reach a measurement speed that can be mass-produced. Plastic lens injection is not a stable process. Even if the injection parameters remain the same, the quality of each shot is slightly different. The injection machine keeps working, and the suitable injection parameter range will slowly drift over time. Once it is suitable In the area, bad lenses will be manufactured in batches, How to confirm the overall quality of the injection lens in the first time, on the one hand, it can give immediate feedback to the plastic lens injection department, and instantly reflect the current injection stability changes and the aging condition of the mold, so that the engineer can immediately grasp the situation, and the quality is bad. It can be seen from the trend of data changes before that, prepare as soon as possible to reduce the occurrence of defective products. On the other hand, you can also use the test results to quickly screen out good lenses, and first ensure that good lenses can be obtained in the subsequent coating and assembly process, so as to reduce the installation of a bad lens, which causes the entire lens to fail to meet the shipping requirements and waste. Most other good parts are eliminated except for the optimization of hardware and software In order to solve the testing problems of full-scale production, the main development projects of this industry-university cooperation will be carried out for the following cooperation priorities. Measurement conjugate optimization, centroid error evaluation, lens eccentricity measurement, penetration wavefront measurement
