Project Details
Description
In order to obtain high-resolution three-dimensional molecular information in live bio-tissues, a line-scanning hyperspectral imaging system based on structured illumination will be constructed in this project. Line-scanning hyperspectral imaging system can acquire the spatial and fluorescence spectral information of tissues simultaneously. Combined with the optical sectioning capability of the structured illumination, the axial resolution of the system can be further improved. Among a variety of hyperspectral modalities, line-scanning system belongs to spatial-scanning-type hyperspectral system. The signal collection efficiency of the line-scanning system is much higher than that of spectral-scanning-type hyperspectral system. Compared with point-scanning system, line-scanning system has higher image acquisition rate. Line-shape excitation beam along with the slit in front of the spectrometer can provide optical sectioning power along the narrow-side of the slit.
