社會企業與社企人力----台灣的實證研究

The three subjects are, first, to investigate the tendencies of the development of social enterprises in Taiwan; second, to analyze the wage determination of managers for social enterprises in Taiwan, and to decompose wage differences between managers of for-profit-organizations and that of the social enterprises, and third, to study the happiness determination of the social enterprise participants, so as to estimate the social well-fare due to the existence of the social enterprises.
