Project Details
Description
We aim to design and fabricate two kinds of nanoagents: (1) Keratin 8(KRT8)-targeting lipopolysaccharide-loaded Poly(D,L-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA)nanoparticles (TKLPNPs); (2) Transforming growth factor beta (TGF-beta)-targeting PLGA nanoparticles (TTPNPs), and explore their capabilities for establishment of a liver-fibrosis mouse model.
