產學合作計畫-仿生系統效力評估於肝纖維化動物模式比較

Project Details

Description

Until now, without system biology gene data analysis to evaluate the differencesof different experimental models of liver fibrosis. This project uses bionicequipment to establish a rapid liver fibrosis cell model, which is compared withtraditional animal liver fibrosis models with RNAseq data. We used AI techniquesfor evaluation of liver fibrosis in different liver fibrosis models. This project willprovide manufacturers with more diversified data analysis, so that the resultsproduced by the device can be compared with traditional animal experiments. Wewill demonstrate that whether stretch-induced liver fibrosis cell model can replaceor reduce the use of animal experiments. If the research results can besystematically added to the products development in the future, the productidentification will be improved, the market will be innovated, and the differencebetween bionic and animal experiments will be systematically evaluated.
