Description

Human‐induced climate change may increase the frequency and intensity of extreme events triggering severe environmental disturbances significantly affecting carbon balance of terrestrial forest ecosystems. Extreme events such as typhoons can bring considerable amount of rainfall, yet they often cause serious environmental disturbances. Integrated hydro‐meteorology and Eddy Covariance (EC) flux measurements have been built at the Lien‐Hua‐Chih (LHC) experimental site located in central Taiwan for several years, in association with developments of robust flux calculations and gap‐filling techniques from our past studies
