High power white-light LED would be the majority lighting product in the future. White-light LED which is used to lighting would face up some problems for lack of enough technique developing. This project would be devoted to control the light pattern of the LED chip according to the PSS technique and experience we have and study the relation between the light pattern of the chip and the energy loss caused by package with different package geometry. Try to reduce the energy loss which is caused by package to enhance the energy-utility of the LED for the accomplishment of the high package efficiency white-light LED. Besides, this project also could improve the correlated color temperature difference to achieve high light and color quality of the white-light LED.
