新型加速碳酸鹽礦化反應系統之關鍵技術開發與評估研究

Project Details

Description

Recognizing the necessity and the importance of the safe disposal of calcium and/or magnesium-containing residues, enhancement of quality in residues recycling and resource recovery, reduction of secondary pollution problems in accelerated carbonation, and improvement of carbonation technology and CO2 capture efficiency, the main purpose of this project was to develop and design a dry/semi-dry mineral accelerated carbonation system. The research investigated that the feasibility of MSWI bottom ash stabilization and CO2 capture by mineral accelerated carbonation. To develop a novel reaction system, choose the optimum operation conditions, assess the carbon dioxide capture efficiency, and evaluate the stabilization and environmental safety of carbonated bottom ash were all discussed. The experimental results indicated that an accelerated carbonation system has been well-established and also produce a stable carbonated bottom ash.
