This proposal is the second phase of project entitled “Promoting International Cooperation for Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technologies.” The aim of this proposal is to strengthen the international cooperation on the basis of the relationship established in the first year. In addition, the project team will also try to build international cooperation with other countries, such as Germany, Japan and the U.S. We will focus on three important areas of hydrogen energy technology, namely, hydrogen energy infrastructure, proton exchange membrane fuel cell technology, and solid oxide fuel cell technology.
