應用社群網路分析與情感分析於大規模開放式線上課程之社群媒體研究

Project Details

Description

英文摘要Because many massive open online courses (MOOCs) have adopted social media tools for massive student audiences to co-create knowledge and engage in collective learning processes, this research aims to provide further insights into MOOCs by applying social network analysis and sentiment analysis on the social media messages. Unlike previous studies that generally focused on the discussion of specific MOOC courses or forums, this research extends the scope of investigation on the large-scale social media data from popular social networking services for a holistic understanding of the trend and public opinion on MOOCs. The first objective of this research is to identify the influencers of MOOC-related messages on social media. Different measurements of influencers will be investigated for different social networking services. The findings of influencers can help MOOC practitioners to identify the key social media accounts which they should aggressively engage with.
