Project Details
Description
To cope with the development of multi-band multi-mode RF front-end, this threeyear project focuses on the development of novel multi-band microwave active and passive components with very compact circuit sizes, including low-noise amplifier, power amplifier, microwave filters, and couplers. In addition, tunable and switchable designs will be investigated so as to achieve reconfigurable multiband microwave circuit designs. In order to enable the on-chip realization of these multi-band circuit components, the dual-band design of bridged-T coil we proposed will be extended to tri- and quad-band ones. They will serve as the basis for the realization of miniature microwave active and passive components that are cable of operating at several different frequencies simultaneously.
