奈微米球於有機發光二極體之應用

Project Details

Description

Due to the advantages of production under the low-temperature and saving cost, polymer organic light-emitting diode (PLED) has become not only a very important research topic but also a significant subject in the academic and industrial field. As our previous investigation, the highly order colloidal crystal and its’ inversed structure could be easily synthesized by assembling the monodisperse nano- or micro-spheres. In this project, we’ll try to enhance the light extraction efficiency (LEE) of PLED device with the application of single layer nano- or micro-spheres array technology. This project emphasizes the design and fabrication of the micro-structure inside the PLED device.
