In today's highly uncertain and competitive business environment, enterprisesfocus on the development of dynamic capabilities to face business challenges.With the advancement of technology, data collection and transmission are mucheasier than ever before, and more and more companies are beginning to payattention to applications related to big data. Despite the importance andsignificance of big data analytical capabilities, there has been very limitedempirical research that how to cultivate unique big data analytical capabilities.With employees from the high-tech industry in Asia as the sample, this studyproposes to clarify the effect of intangible capital on the establishment of big dataanalytical capabilities, supply chain integration, and firm performance.Hypotheses would be examined with data analyzed with structural equationmodeling. Based on the results, managerial implications and suggestions forfuture research would thus be discussed.
