Project Details
Description
Reading ability is the foundation of all learning and profoundly impacts children's bodies and minds. This project aims to integrate the three main techniques of artificial intelligence, "learning companion," "recommendation system," and "knowledge graph," to help teachers explore and understand students' reading and further provide personalized recommendations. To develop a series of studies to improve the MSSR students' reading partial eclipse, the first year is to build a book-reading digital companion system. This system combines the self-regulation theory to recommend students books with appropriate depth or different fields. Moreover, this study guides elementary school students to use the digital learning companion system and recommends books to collect students' reading behaviors to evaluate the system's effectiveness. The first year results will make specific contributions to the second and third year plan: "Knowledge map Build and build a reading learning companion's learning peer dialogue module" and "Use a reading interactive learning mechanism to establish a cross-domain subject in-depth reading activity."
