Description

A roll and pitch angular displacement measurement technique is presented, which is based on the birefringence effect and phase detection of polarization interferometry with a polarization camera. The experimental results demonstrate that the maximum error is 0.041° for roll and 0.18° for pitch, and the system measurement range of 3° for both roll and pitch angles.
