動力刮削內齒輪與剛輪之技術發展與刀具設計II

Project Details

Description

The power skiving (PS) cutter resembles a helical shaper cutter. Based on the practical cutter grinding method, this study aims to develop the manufacturing technology and process of a circular spline (CS) of a harmonic drive by PS. First, a tapered PS cutter was derived according to a designed profile of CS. Then, the grinding wheel for manufacturing the PS cutter was derived. Additionally, the profile deviations of the CS produced by the PS cutter and the designed CS were compared to verify the correctness of the grinding wheel and the PS cutter. Finally, a novel concept of compensational roll angle was proposed to reduce the error induced by re-regrinding the rake face of the PS cutter.
