Many countries are facing a severe population ageing problem, and Taiwan is noexception. The aging environment of the population, the trend of decliningbirthrate, the decline of family care function and the sense of loneliness inelderlies are impacting the lives of the elderlies. Therefore, Taiwan has approved"Long Term Care 10 Years Project" in Taiwan for the Aging since 2007 andhopes to provide care services for the elderly who need it through this program. However, there are still many restrictions on the recipients receiving service. Many elderly people in the healthy life stage are not eligible for service. However, standing in the concept of "prevention is better than cure", these healthy eldersneeds to be cared for in order to prevent the heavy resources and manpowergenerated in the future stage of treatment. The demand for long-term care is notonly to meet their physiological needs, but also for their psychological needs. Therefore, this project hopes to use the standardization and information privacyprotection for the elderly to care for huge amounts of health care data, and applymachine learning and statistical techniques, and deep learning to find out thehidden information of the elderly care, to find key decision points, and to establishalert and notification mechanism. Through this process, this study hopes to notonly care for the physical and mental health of the elderly, but also to take care ofthe hearts and minds of the elderly and relatives around the elderly. I hope thatthrough the implementation of this project, we will work together with experts andscholars from across the field to design a model that can provide personalized“precise elderly care” for Taiwanese elders.
