Description

This proposal has five parts: 1. synthesis of recently discovered natural products isolated from Chisocheton paniculatus; 2. synthesis of nabscessin C; 3. Desymmetrization of inositol derivatives for asymmetric synthesis of nabscessin C; 4. Organocatalyzed, enantioselective Michael addition; 5. Continuing our studies on ring-opening reactions of aziridines.
