Our mission is to drive academic researches and developments in human resource management in Taiwan. We are dedicated to training professionals in human resource management; meanwhile, we closely collaborate with the industry to integrate theories and practices in our curriculum and facilitate organizational reinventions and innovations in the Taiwan industry. We aspire to fulfill the HR's role in strengthening the international competitiveness of corporate Taiwan.
