Embracing global vision and local commitment, our department aims to cultivate business talents with integrity, creativity, diverse skills in management, ability of teamwork, and social responsibilities. The department has more than 30 years of educational experience since its establishment. With international faculty and a wide range of learning levels, whether it is integrated development of six fields (production management, marketing, financial management, asset management, human resources and strategy) or a single field of specialization, business management students have considerable flexibility in learning space . At the same time, in response to the trend of internationalization and electronic business management, the department puts special emphasis on English teaching and the establishment of a good ERP knowledge learning environment. The teaching of this department emphasizes both theory and practice. Therefore, many professors with practical experience are hired and students are encouraged to participate in various certification examinations to lay a solid foundation for future development. The main goal of development is to cultivate business management talents needed by the industry, and at the same time, to strive towards the top of the academic world.
